My design is just a large rectangular vented box with the back corners mitered so it fits a little better in corners; I used them for a while on the long wall of the 11 x 17 room. Actually, the mitered corners let me play with toe-in to get the soundstage better without having them stick too far out into that room - this was nice as they where really in-your-face in a room that small and every little bit helped.
I don?t know what you mean by ?tuning the baffle?. I started with a 26? wide baffle, positioned the driver at ear level and then designed a box back from there that matched the 620A volume and vent tuning, that?s it.
I won?t get into the differences between 604?s or the newly manufactured 704 from Iconic, do some searching here as there has been plenty posted in the past. What I will say is that I have spent a lot of time with the G and E and could live happily with either.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Billfort, thanks for your answer.
I'm not close to technical language yet ; I'm trying to explain about changing a little the volume to "fine tunning" the frequency response. But is just for general knowledge, because my firts proyect I think, will be based on an existing model.
Regarding difference on 604 models, I'm refering just to your 604E and G, that you are experienced, so I'm happy with your answer.
